I am planning to start a website www.thehindumatrimonial.com (alternatively I can consider www.thehindumatrimony.com etc) for matrimonial ads and www.thehindupropertyplus.com for property ads. Do you think that this could be a trademark violation that I might be sued? I know you are not an legal advisor however your know-how is better than mine. Any help is highly appreciated. By the way, I am happy to put a disclaimer "this site does not belong to The Hindu Group of Companies...blah..blah etc" in small print preferrably.

hats off to the marketing campaign of hindu.
i was browsing some north indian websites yesterday and this ad has already become viral there.
toi may increase their circulation but this tag of gossip tabloid will take a long time (perhaps years) to get rid of.
it seems that the ads are spot on. check today's headlines in TOI website.
