I dont think a coach can make a team win. Chappel was not a reason for our defeat in World Cup. He tried his best. He commented openly about senior players. As he hinted, there is a gang set up among senior players. It was there all the time in our team. When Sachin was the captain, he had so many defeats and he was about to resign. He insisted the board to remove Azar from the team; Dravid and Ganguly wholly supported Sachin then. It was a rumour then. So Chappel didnt find anything new. But our board and our senior players could not take the criticism of Chappel. As far me concerned, Chappel and Dravid should have continued as coach and captain respectively for atleast next one year. However changes happened.

this is a big comedy. I dont know how our board selects a coach. Venkatesh Prasad is not such a class bowler. We cant expect much from him. He didnt know how to bowl the last overs of a match. He didnt know how to bowl yarker too. He just bowled slow balls and shot-pitched balls. He was follishly bowling slow balls at the start of the match itself. I dont think he can give a coaching!

He was so much selfish when he played for the country. Now how can we expect he will be neutral in giving chances to new players from different parts of India? This will make the scene worse instead of making it better.

I dont know how one board can control a player in doing endorsements. If anybody goes to court, what will happen? I have no idea about it. However, its not needed to control a player from doing endorsements. Board should look into the performance of the players. If any player fails to perform, then Board has some job to do. Board need not to look into the endorsements by players.

Still Board is extending its nose. If any player fails to come for the coaching classes, then Board has something to do. Otherwise how one board is controlling a player not to do any ad before 15 days of the match? Is it possible for the board to control a player personally? Will Board say the players not to touch their wives before the matches??

I read one more point stating, one product should not book more than two players for its endorsements. How board can control a product or company??
This world cup loss has made Board to 'act.' Board is 'acting' nicely. I dont think this will continue. I think this should not continue. Board should insist the victory of the match/series, performance for the country, continuous performance, etc. If any player fails continuously for a long time, board should take the decision.
